Thank you again to all those who have made it possible for some of my
books to win an award--judges who spend their valuable time to read a wide variety
of books, and then have to settle on one. I'm truly honored!

This year, 2001, was a banner year. Three of my books won awards: The Booksellers Best Award went to Georgia's Groom; the National Readers Choice Award also went to Georgia's Groom; and A Mother for Mollie received The Golden Quill Award.

I wanted to share with everyone so you know what the awards look like! As soon as I receive the awards, I'll scan them and post.

Desert Rose's 2000 Golden Quill Award for Yours for Ninety Days

Sad to say, a scanner cannot capture the true look of this lovely award.
It looks like crystal with the words in white. I used a dark background
to make the words visible on the scanner.
It's now sitting in on my desk.

Reviewers Choice Award for Wanted: Perfect Wife

This plaque is hanging on the wall right beside my computer,
where I can see it every day!

1999 Rising Star Medallion for Rent-A-Cowboy

The fancy certificate that accompanied the actual medallion is
framed and hanging on the wall beside my computer.
The Medallion is in a lovely velvet case in a bookshelf beside my desk.

1998 HOLT Medallion for Angel Bride

I wear the HOLT Medallion when I do booksignings, or visit RWA Chapters.
The certificate that came with the medallion is framed and hangs beside the RT Award.

1998 Laurel Wreath for Triumph of Love

I wear the lovely gold Laurel Wreath a lot--to church, meetings, and other times I dress up.
The certificate that accompanied the pendant is hanging on the wall by my fax machine.

1996 Laurel Wreath for One Stubborn Cowboy

I wear the gold pin for RWA meetings, book signings and conferences.
The certificate that accompanied it is hanging beside the other
Laurel Wreath Certificate, near my fax machine.
